- 250 g wheat flour
- 125 g fresh desiccated coconut (alternatively, swill 75 g of dried coconut rasp in 100 ml of hot water for a quarter of an hour)
- 3 EL coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Combine wheat flour, coconut meat and coconut oil with a pinch of salt and knead with water until the resulting dough no longer sticks. Let the dough rest for 30 to 45 minutes and then cut into six to eight pieces. Roll each dough piece to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm. Bake on a hot stone or in a pan until the dough dissolves itself and has brown spots. Finished!
